Meet Jason and Lucia

Following a much-discussed delay, Rockstar Games released the second trailer for GTA 6 on May 6, showcasing the next-generation rendition of Vice City and its inhabitants. The narrative unfolds with Jason and Lucia finding themselves entangled in a criminal conspiracy in Leonida, the state where Vice City is located. The official synopsis reveals, "Jason and Lucia have always known the deck is stacked against them. But when an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a criminal conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida — forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive."

Jason, a former soldier, is trying to leave his troubled past behind but finds himself working for local drug runners in Leonida Keys. His encounter with Lucia could change his life for better or worse. Lucia, on the other hand, learned to fight from her father at a young age. After a stint in Leonida Penitentiary, she's determined to make smart moves to secure a better life for her mother, whom she left behind in Liberty City. Her connection with Jason might be her ticket to a new beginning.

Vice City, inspired by Miami, captures the essence of "the glamour, hustle, and greed of America." Originally featured in 2002's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and 2006's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, it returns with new areas like the tropical Leonida Keys, the expansive Grassrivers, the forgotten coast of Port Gellhorn, the bustling heart of Leonida in Ambrosia, and the scenic Mount Kalaga.
