Hearthstone's Next Expansion: The Emerald Dream Coming Soon

Hearthstone

The Emerald Dream is set to enchant Hearthstone players with its launch on March 25th, introducing a magical yet perilously twisted expansion. Dive into a world filled with 145 new cards that promise fresh mechanics and legendary Wild Gods.

What’s Happening in This Expansion?

Ysera’s serene realm, the epicenter of all Nature magic, faces a looming threat. Players have the choice to either safeguard its splendor or succumb to the ensuing chaos.

The expansion introduces the new keyword, Imbue. If you play as a Druid, Hunter, Mage, Paladin, Priest, or Shaman, you'll receive blessings from the World Tree. The first time you play an Imbue card, your Hero Power transforms into a more potent version, customized to your class. Subsequent uses of Imbue cards will further enhance your Hero Power.

For instance, Hunters benefit from the Blessing of the Wolf, while other classes can only watch in envy, as Imbue has no effect if you're not among the chosen six.

Alternatively, if preserving nature isn’t your style, the Old Gods offer a different path through the new keyword, Dark Gifts. This mechanic tempts Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior players with corruptive power. These twisted enhancements mesh with Discover options, enabling the creation of nightmare-inspired minions that can unleash chaos. The Emerald Dream expansion features 10 unique Dark Gifts.

The expansion also introduces The Wild Gods, legendary minions embodying colossal forces of nature. Each class has its own Wild God to champion, with some already succumbing to corruption. This creates a compelling division between those who strive to protect the Dream and those who aim to plunge it into Nightmare.

The Emerald Dream expansion is set to bring a wealth of new content to Hearthstone, launching on March 25th. Gear up for the adventure by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
