Helldivers 2: The Aftermath of Angel's Venture's Destruction

A devastating event has rocked the Helldivers 2 galaxy. The Meridian Singularity has obliterated Angel's Venture, leaving behind only a void in its wake. Arrowhead Game Studios has declared a period of galactic mourning.

Angel's Venture's destruction was inevitable from the moment the evacuation order was given. Following the final major operation, the immense, pulsating violet singularity consumed the planet.

The Meridian Singularity claimed Angel's Venture. The Illuminates, previously disguised as benevolent entities, have revealed their true intentions: complete annihilation.

The Galactic Map is scarred by the loss of Angel's Venture, a stark reminder of the Illuminates' oppressive power. Even more troubling, Ivis, New Haven, and Super Earth itself are threatened by the encroaching Meridian Singularity. The galaxy's fate rests on Super Earth's courageous soldiers, who must defeat the Illuminates, honor their fallen comrades, and protect their home.

Super Earth's President has declared a 24-hour period of mourning.

However, the conflict is far from resolved. The Meridian Singularity is rapidly approaching Super Earth, jeopardizing more planets. The next operation aims to halt the singularity's advance and counter the renewed Illuminate offensive. The hope is that this second attempt will succeed where the first failed.
