The Carnival of Doom quest in Once Human, a thrilling post-apocalyptic survival strategy game developed by Exptional Global, offers players an exhilarating challenge. With the game set to launch on mobile devices on April 23rd, anticipation is high among the community, with many players already pre-registering to secure extra rewards. This quest, masterminded by the sinister clown Chuckles, promises a unique and engaging experience. Let's dive into this comprehensive guide to help you successfully navigate and triumph over the deceptive tactics of Chuckles in the Carnival of Doom.

How to Navigate to the Carnival of Doom Quest in Once Human

Before embarking on your journey to the Carnival of Doom, familiarize yourself with the quest's key details:

  • Quest Name: Carnival of Doom
  • Quest Type: World Task
  • Recommended Level: 10
  • Location: Junkyard in Broken Delta, southwest of Meyer’s Market
  • Objective: Defeat Chuckles in a rigged game of Russian Roulette

While the recommended level is 10, players with adept control skills can tackle it at lower levels. Begin your quest at the Junkyard Point of Interest (POI) southwest of Meyer’s Market. You'll need to confront and defeat the Rosetta soldiers guarding the area. Ensure your weapons are fully upgraded to minimize damage taken during these encounters.

Once you initiate the quest, you'll be transported to a surreal, toy-like dimension where Chuckles reigns supreme. Your main goal is to outsmart him in a rigged game of Russian Roulette. Here's how to do it:

  1. Avoid Immediate Engagement: Don't rush into the game with Chuckles; the setup is rigged, leading to certain defeat if you engage right away.
  2. Activate Spacetime Vision: Press 'Q' to use your Spacetime Vision, which will reveal a cable connected to the roulette table, leading to a hidden area.
  3. Trace the Cable: Follow the illuminated cable to a wall, behind which you'll find another figure resembling Chuckles manipulating the game.
  4. Request a Break: Return to Chuckles and choose the dialogue option to take a break. This will unlock a door, allowing access to the area behind the wall.
  5. Confront the Deceptive Clown: Enter the unlocked door and stealthily approach the room where the second Chuckles is operating the cheating mechanism. Since firearms are disabled here, use a melee weapon to eliminate him.
  6. Disable the Cheating Device: After neutralizing the second Chuckles, interact with the Roulette Cheating Device to disable it, ensuring a fair game.
  7. Challenge Chuckles Again: Return to the main area and accept Chuckles' challenge once more. This time, opt to pull the trigger yourself. With the cheating mechanism disabled, you'll emerge victorious.

Quest Rewards

Successfully completing the Carnival of Doom quest will grant you the following rewards:

  • Energy Link: x200
  • Experience Points: x500
  • Stellar Planula: x7
  • Eclipse Cortex Lv. 2: x1
  • Voodoo Doll Deviation: A unique item that can absorb a portion of incoming damage or redirect damage to enemies when deployed.

For an enhanced gaming experience, consider playing Once Human on a larger screen using BlueStacks on your PC or laptop, along with your keyboard and mouse.
