One More Level, renowned for the critically acclaimed Ghostrunner series, has unveiled a new project: Cyber Slash. This brutal action game, boasting average scores of 81% and 79% for its predecessor, promises a fresh take on the action genre. While Ghostrunner thrived on precise timing and quick reflexes, Cyber Slash offers a unique twist.

Set in an alternate 19th century, Cyber Slash reimagines the Napoleonic era with a dark, epic twist. Players will control a legendary hero confronting terrifying, unknown forces. The gameplay will be demanding and action-oriented, deviating from the typical Souls-like formula. While parrying and exploiting enemy weaknesses remain key, the protagonist will undergo mutations throughout the game, adding a new layer of strategic depth. This contrasts with the studio's other project, Project Swift, slated for a 2028 release.
