The new Iron Man game could be revealed as early as next week

EA Motive and SEED will unveil their groundbreaking "Texture Sets" technology at the Game Developers Conference (GDC), showcasing its application in titles like Dead Space and the highly anticipated Iron Man game. This innovative approach merges related texture sets into single resources, streamlining processing and enabling the creation of enhanced textures. EA's lead technical artist, Martin Palko, will lead the presentation, detailing the intricacies of this texture and graphics creation process.

The GDC demonstration sparks excitement, offering a potential glimpse of Iron Man gameplay or at least crucial game details. Announced in 2022, the game has remained shrouded in secrecy, fueling cancellation rumors. However, EA Motive's GDC participation confirms ongoing development. The conference runs from March 17th to 21st, 2025.

Currently, Iron Man is known to be a single-player RPG featuring an open world and built using Unreal Engine 5. EA Motive is expected to leverage its experience with Anthem's flight system in the new title.
