Krafton Unveils "Tarasona": Anime-Infused Battle Royale Emerges

Krafton's New Isometric Battle Royale: Tarasona

Following the recent cloud release of PUBG Mobile, Krafton has quietly soft-launched a new anime-styled battle royale game, Tarasona: Battle Royale. This 3v3 isometric shooter is currently available on Android in India.

Tarasona features fast-paced, three-minute matches where players compete to eliminate opposing teams. Simple controls and short match times suggest a potentially engaging experience, despite its low-key Google Play release.

The game's anime aesthetic is prominent, showcasing colorful, predominantly female characters with stylized armor and weaponry reminiscent of popular anime series.

Early Impressions and Potential:

Initial gameplay observations reveal some rough edges, expected given the soft launch status. The requirement to stop moving to fire feels unusually slow-paced for a developer known for optimizing PUBG for mobile.

Further updates and improvements are anticipated. We will continue to monitor Tarasona's development and report on any significant news, including potential expansions to new territories. Hopefully, the game will gain more momentum in the coming months.

For players seeking alternative battle royale experiences, a comprehensive list of Fortnite-like games on iOS and Android is readily available.
