LEGO Unveils May 2025 Collection

Author : Aaliyah Feb 13,2026

As a new month (May, if you don't have a calendar handy) begins, a fresh wave of LEGO sets is ready to claim a share of your hard-earned money. This month's launches are dominated by LEGO Star Wars, honoring the May the Fourth tradition. However, some significant non-Star Wars sets are also arriving, alongside a number of new preorders for later in the year. Let's explore what's new.

LEGO Mario Kart Arrives on May 15

Available May 15

LEGO Mario Kart: Mario & Standard Kart

While many LEGO Mario sets are part of a playful line for younger builders, the larger, more detailed adult-focused sets are my personal favorite. These build iconic scenes from the games, like the Mario & Yoshi set or the Piranha Plant. This new Mario Kart build launches just before the Nintendo Switch 2, which debuts with Mario Kart World on June 5.

New LEGO Star Wars Sets Have Landed

To commemorate Star Wars Day on May the Fourth, a new collection of LEGO Star Wars sets has arrived. Although Jango Fett's starship is the headline release, all the other sets are equally impressive.

LEGO Avengers: Endgame Final Battle Is Now Available

The climactic battle in Avengers: Endgame stands as one of the most memorable scenes in recent film history. Now you can recreate it with this set, packed with superhero minifigures including Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Scarlet Witch, and Black Panther. It also features a large Thanos figure and a giant Ant-Man mech.

LEGO Botanicals: Petite Sunny Bouquet Is Now Available

LEGO flower sets have surged in popularity over the last few years. With Mother's Day on May 11, it's a perfect opportunity to get the latest addition to the LEGO Botanicals collection. The Petite Sunny Bouquet is a fitting choice as spring takes hold across the northern hemisphere.

LEGO Art: Keith Haring – Dancing Figures Arrives May 15

Out May 15

Another set in the adults-focused LEGO series comes from the LEGO Art line. This is a buildable recreation of pop artist Keith Haring's famous dancing figures. The set includes five instruction booklets (one for each figure), allowing you to build with friends or family. Once finished, the figures can be hung on a wall or displayed on a shelf or desk using the included stands.

LEGO Formula 1 Race Cars Are Now Available

LEGO F1 Collectible Race Cars

1$4.99 at LEGO Store

Another fun release this month is a new twist on LEGO car sets. These aren't standard builds; they are miniature F1 collectible race cars. There are 12 different cars to find, but they come in blind boxes, so the specific model is a surprise until opened. A display podium is also available for showcasing a complete collection.

New LEGO Sets Available for Preorder

Alongside this month's releases, several upcoming LEGO sets have recently become available for preorder. It's a bit puzzling why the Andor K-2SO Security Droid wasn't launched this month to coincide with May the Fourth, especially with the Andor series currently airing on Disney+. However, you'll have to wait until August to build it. The Sherlock Holmes Book Nook is particularly charming, offering a detailed model of Baker Street that can be folded and neatly stored between books on a shelf.

The Iron Spider-Man bust and the Fortnite Mecha Team Leader are also exciting, as are the two new LEGO Technic vehicles. For those wanting to add a touch of elegance to their home or office, the new LEGO Botanicals bonsai tree is an excellent option as well.
