Marvel Rivals Season 1: Hero Stats Reveal Top Picks and Win Rates Before Major Update
NetEase has unveiled the top-performing and underperforming heroes in Marvel Rivals based on player statistics from the game's first month. This data, covering Quickplay and Competitive modes across PC and console, provides a snapshot of the meta before the launch of Season 1 and its significant changes, including the arrival of the Fantastic Four.
Jeff the Land Shark emerges as the most popular choice in Quickplay on both platforms, highlighting his player appeal. However, the highest win rate belongs to Mantis, boasting over 50% victory rates in both Quickplay and Competitive modes. Other high-performing heroes include Loki, Hela, and Adam Warlock.
The complete list of most-picked heroes is:
- Quickplay (PC & Console): Jeff the Land Shark
- Competitive (Console): Cloak & Dagger
- Competitive (PC): Luna Snow
Conversely, Storm, a Duelist character, struggles with extremely low pick rates (1.66% in Quickplay, 0.69% in Competitive), reflecting player dissatisfaction with her performance. This could shift dramatically, however, as NetEase has announced significant buffs for Storm in the upcoming Season 1 balance update. The introduction of the Fantastic Four and these balance changes promise a significant shake-up to the Marvel Rivals meta. Season 1 launches January 10th.
