The PlayStation State of Play showcase in February 2025 delivered a wave of exciting announcements, from the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid Delta to a fresh title from Housemarque. While every reveal was significant, some undoubtedly resonated more strongly than others.

Personally, the Metal Gear Solid Delta release date was a highlight, but the unveiling of the protagonist in Capcom's Onimusha: Way of the Sword was equally compelling. The resemblance to Toshiro Mifune, one of my personal favorite actors, added an extra layer of excitement.
