Pokémon GO Reveals May 2025 Content Roadmap with a Surprise!

May 2025 in Pokémon GO is shaping up to be an exhilarating month, packed with exciting events and the much-anticipated return of the Lake Trio. Players around the world can look forward to a series of engaging activities that promise to enhance their Pokémon GO experience.

What Does Pokémon GO Have in Store for May 2025?

Kicking off the month, Tapu Fini will be available in Five-Star raids from May 1st to May 12th. This legendary Pokémon will bring its special move, Nature's Madness, along with a chance to encounter its Shiny form.

Following that, the Lake Trio makes a grand return in 5-Star Raids starting May 12th, with appearances varying by region. Players in the Asia-Pacific region can encounter Uxie, those in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, or India will have a chance to battle Mesprit, and trainers in the Americas and Greenland will face Azelf.

After the Lake Trio's stint, Tapu Bulu will take the stage in raids from May 25th to June 3rd, 2025. Like Tapu Fini, it will feature the special move Nature's Madness and offer a chance to catch its Shiny variant.

For those interested in Mega Raids, May 2025 brings a robust lineup. Mega Houndoom will be available from May 1st to 12th, followed by Mega Gyarados from May 12th to 25th, and wrapping up with Mega Altaria from May 25th to June 3rd.

The month kicks off with the "Growing Up" event from May 2nd to 7th, complemented by a Mega Kangaskhan Raid Day on May 3rd. The "Crown Clash" event runs from May 10th to 18th, with the Dynamax Suicune Max Battle Weekend scheduled for May 10th and 11th.

Community Day on May 11th will feature a surprise Pokémon, adding an element of excitement. "Crown Clash: Taken Over" will take place from May 14th to 18th, and the Shadow Raid Day is set for May 17th.

The "Final Strike: GO Battle Week" will engage players from May 21st to 27th, and the May Community Day Classic is scheduled for May 24th. The month will conclude with a Gigantamax Machamp Max Battle Day on May 25, 2025.
