The simplest method is via the Pray option in the bottom right of your main screen, above your stats. Alternatively, navigate to the Activities menu and locate the Pray option. Prayer topics include: Fertility, General Happiness, Health, Love, and Wealth. Each prayer requires watching a short advertisement for its fulfillment. Results vary; Fertility leads to pregnancy, while General is unpredictable, potentially yielding money or new friendships. Health prayers are particularly useful for curing diseases, proving invaluable for challenges like Disco Inferno.

A less conventional approach involves "cursing" the developers instead of praying. This carries a risk of negative consequences (losing a friend, contracting an illness), but occasionally yields unexpected rewards, such as a cash windfall.

When to Pray in BitLife

Prayer offers a small but potentially crucial advantage. It's a viable option for overcoming persistent illnesses unresponsive to medical treatment.
