This innovative time-travel RPG lets you rewrite history by literally fighting against time itself. Time Enforcers, developed by indie studio PFA Designs, launches today exclusively on Android through the Galaxy Store and Amazon Appstore.
An Action RPG Wrapped in an Interactive Graphic Novel
Dive into a sci-fi narrative where temporal chaos reigns supreme. Time Enforcers begins with Episode One: Time Out of Time, plunging you into feudal Japan to combat the historical disruptions caused by the villainous Chronolith.
Chronolith, the self-proclaimed ruler of the Trans-Dimensional Realm, is tampering with historical events. As a new agent of the Galactic Space-Time Consortium, you'll receive guidance from legendary figures like H.G. Wells and Professor C.T. Huygens.
These Time Enforcer agents cleverly blend fact and fiction, with historical personas including aviation pioneer Amelia Earhart, scientist Benjamin Banneker, and even Togo the heroic sled dog from the 1925 Serum Run. The fictional agent Kaizen pays homage to Japanese philosophy through his name.
The game combines turn-based combat with puzzle-solving and a comic book-style narrative told through animated panels and speech bubbles. This approach makes the adventure accessible to players of all ages.
Your Time-Traveling Arsenal: The Chronoton 5.12
Your essential gadget for temporal missions is the Chronoton 5.12, which helps answer historical and cultural questions. Mission briefings contain bolded clues to guide your progress, while the Chronoton's reference section provides real-world context for the story's historical elements.
What makes Time Enforcers unique is its seamless blending of factual history with imaginative fiction. You'll confront completely original villains like the Inquisitor while interacting with reimagined versions of real historical figures.
The game features a helpful table of contents to track your progress and revisit completed chapters. Episode Two, titled Flying into the Chrono-Storm and featuring Amelia Earhart, is already in development.
