Tormentis: A Free-to-Play Action RPG for Android and Steam
4 Hands Games has launched Tormentis, a free-to-play action RPG available on Android and PC (Steam). Initially released in Steam Early Access, this dungeon-crawling adventure now brings its unique blend of exploration and dungeon creation to mobile devices.
Unlike typical action RPGs, Tormentis lets you design dungeons as well as explore them. Craft intricate labyrinths filled with traps, monsters, and treasures to challenge other players. Simultaneously, raid other players' creations, battling through their defenses to claim rewards.
Your hero's equipment dictates your combat strategy. Loot acquired during raids can be used to enhance your character, unlocking powerful abilities. Unwanted items can be traded via an in-game auction house or direct bartering system.
The dungeon-building aspect allows for creative freedom. Connect rooms, strategically place traps, and train your defenses to build the ultimate challenge. However, you must complete your own dungeon before unleashing it on others to ensure its effectiveness.
