Digital Extremes has announced the Android pre-registration for Warframe, alongside a flurry of exciting news about the upcoming Warframe: 1999 expansion. This mobile release introduces a fresh audience to the popular action game, and the news is packed with details.

The devstream revealed an anime short for Warframe: 1999, a collaboration with The Line studio, and further developments in the ongoing ARG featuring the fictional band On-Lyne (even catalogued by Digital Extremes!).

Warframe: 1999 also boasts new features including the Faceoff PvPvE mode. Adding to the excitement, Neil Newborn, a voice actor from Baldur's Gate 3, returns to the Warframe cast.
