WoW 11.1 Adds Customizable Characters with Caveat

World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 Introduces Subtle Height-Adjusting Potions

World of Warcraft's upcoming Patch 11.1, "Undermined," introduces exciting new features, including temporary character height adjustments via consumable potions. These Noggenfogger Select elixirs allow players to subtly alter their character's height, stacking up to ten times for a cumulative effect.

This offers a temporary customization option, perfect for roleplaying, screenshots, or even adding a unique flair to dungeons and raids. Unlike more drastic size-altering items like the Elixir of Giant Growth, these potions provide subtle height changes, measured in mere inches even at maximum stacks.

Key Features of Noggenfogger Select Potions:

  • Temporary Height Adjustment: Increase or decrease character height for 30 minutes.
  • Stackable: Up to 10 stacks for a cumulative effect.
  • Persistence: Effects persist through death.
  • Accessibility: Available from Alchemist Pestlezugg in the Vatworks (Undermine zone) for a low gold cost.
  • Tradeable: Unbound and not level-locked, allowing easy trading between characters.

Beyond Height:

The patch also includes Noggenfogger Select FRESH, a Goblin-exclusive potion enabling the stylish "lean" emote, currently unavailable to other races.

While many players desire a permanent height slider, these potions offer a welcome interim solution for character customization. Until a major character model overhaul, players can utilize these potions alongside existing methods like the Seabed Leviathan's Citrine in Cyrce's Circlets or playing Colossus Warriors to achieve desired height variations.

Patch 11.1 Highlights:

  • The "Undermined" patch introduces significant story developments for "The War Within."
  • Updated visuals for several World of Warcraft classes are also included.
