In this game, each player starts with 8 cards. The remaining cards form the "Draw Pile," and the top card is turned over to begin the "Discard Pile."

On your turn, play a card onto the Discard Pile that matches the top card's color, number, or action. If you cannot play, you must draw from the Draw Pile. After playing, pass the turn to the next player.

Stacking Rule: +2 and +2 wild power cards can be stacked on top of each other to raise the penalty for the next player. Note that you cannot play a standard +2 card on a +2 wild card.

The first player to play all their cards wins the round. The overall game ends when a player reaches the target score.
