While not free, a trial version is available.

Developed by a race car driver, for race car drivers, RS Dash ASR delivers real-time vehicle telemetry, including RPM, speed, gear, throttle/brake positions, live timing, and lap charts. Advanced features include online portal integration for data storage and detailed post-race analysis.
