Application Description

This Scrabble companion app, ScrabbleScore, helps you keep score and verify words during gameplay. It's not a standalone game but rather a tool to enhance your Scrabble experience. Uniquely, it uses a Scrabble-approved dictionary to check your words, eliminating the need for pen and paper. The app calculates your score for each word and provides a running total.

Key Features:

Dictionary Mode: Offers two dictionary options: OSPD (Official Scrabble Players Dictionary) and SOWPODS (a combination of the OSPD and older official Scrabble word lists).
Subtle Mode: Provides visual indicators only, without explicitly stating word validity.
Override Mode: Allows you to force a word even if it's not found in the dictionary.
Player Support: Handles games for 1 to 4 players.
Score Calculation: Automatically calculates scores.
Word and Score Storage: Saves words and scores as you play.
Undo Feature: Allows you to delete previous turns if you make a mistake.
Game Continuation: Lets you resume unfinished games.
