Simply show your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transport inspector for fare validation. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past tickets in the "Travel details" section.

Reasons why payments might fail:
- Corporate mobile number
- Outstanding trust payment
- No balance top-up since number activation
- Initial balance not yet used
- SIM card replaced within the last 24 hours
Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and school cards. For other preferential cards, visit a company office with supporting documentation.
Top up your virtual card using your card number directly in the app, or through other services like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).
