Thunee, named after the Tamil word for water, is a beloved trick-taking card game that originated in Durban, South Africa. This game is an adaptation of the Indian and Sri Lankan game known as 304, offering players a thrilling experience that can be enjoyed in both Single Player and Multiplayer modes. With Thunee, you're guaranteed the best gaming experience in an app, simulating the excitement of the real game.

Note: For the optimal gaming experience and to upload or update your scores (wins), an online connection is required.

In Multiplayer mode, you have the option to invite someone to be your partner or challenge them to a game. Inviting others is made easy through push notifications or WhatsApp messages. The app keeps track of the results and statistics of games played with friends, which you can view on the statistics page. It's a great way to show off who's the top player in your circle.

For beginners, the Easy difficulty setting provides assistance and narration during gameplay, helping you learn the ropes of Thunee.

The app is fully customizable through its settings/options, allowing you to tailor the game to your preferred style of play. You can adjust various options such as:

• Difficulty Level: Choose between Hard, Medium, or Easy.
• Score Assistance: Available for Medium & Easy modes, providing trick/hand values as they close and real-time scores.
• Bidding Options: Decide when to be prompted to bid—either all the time or only when you have 3 or more of the same suit or J9.
• Early Win/Loss Notification: Set to offer win or loss early if you or your opponents have scored more than the required amount (enabled by default).
• Early Victory Claims: Allow you to claim victory early, including Double and Khanuck claims.
• Trick Clearance Time: Adjust the length of time to clear a trick (hand). You can also choose to click on the trick to clear it immediately. The default time is set to 1 second.
• Vocal Sounds: Includes sounds for bidding, calling Jodhi, and more.
• Game Appearance: Customize the background (or choose your own color with a vignette effect) and change card packs.
• Royals Option: Choose to include Royals, where the value of cards is reversed (e.g., Queens become Jacks, Kings become Nines, etc.).
