In this totalitarian State, every aspect of life is under strict control. The laws are harsh, surveillance is omnipresent, and privacy is a relic of the past. As the State-appointed manager of an apartment building, your role is to ensure the building remains a comfortable haven for its residents. Yet, beneath this veneer of normalcy lies your true purpose.

You are tasked by the State to SPY ON YOUR TENANTS! Your covert duties include monitoring their every move, eavesdropping on their conversations, planting BUGS in their homes, SEARCHING their possessions for anything that might threaten the regime, and meticulously PROFILING them for your superiors. It's your responsibility to REPORT any tenant who might be involved in subversive activities or planning to undermine the State's authority.
