Note on Android 8 / 9 Location Permission:
Android 8.0+ requires the "approximate location" permission for apps supporting Wi-Fi Direct. While FX does not query your location, this permission is necessary for using FX Connect on Android 8.0 and later. This was previously required only for Android 9.0, but with full support for the latest Android API, Android 8.0 now also requires this permission.
