Crunchyroll Drops Overlord: Lord of Nazarick on Android Today

Overlord: Lord of Nazarick is dropping on Android today. This turn-based RPG is bringing all the action, drama, and dark magic of the Overlord anime with it. You’ll get to command an army alongside the infamous Sorcerer King Ainz Ooal Gown.The game was developed by Perfect World and published by Crunchyroll and A Plus Japan. Overlord: Lord of Nazarick might be the best prep for the upcoming movie Overlord: The Sacred Kingdom. It will hit U.S. and Canadian theatres on November 8th, with screenings in other parts of the world too.What’s The Story?The story follows Momonga, a salaryman who’s logged over a decade in the MMORPG Yggdrasil.  He then becomes Ainz Ooal Gown, ruler of the Great Tomb of Nazarick and an all-powerful anti-hero. The game reimagines the intense battles, betrayals and loyalty tests of the anime through a fresh lens.Overlord: Lord of Nazarick has a massive roster of over 50 characters including the guardians and pleiades. There are some canon scenarios and new twists exclusive to the game. Apart from story missions, you’ll face roguelite dungeons, boss challenges and even mini-games.You’ll get to form parties with five different classes and three unique attributes, building your lineup with some of the series’ most memorable warriors.
