Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space x The King of Fighters: Another Bout Drops Soon!

If you’re a fan of classic fighting games, this crossover might interest you. Wright Flyer Studios has dropped a crossover Symphony event with The King of Fighters for Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space. The event is aptly named Another Bout and is bringing tons of ‘new’s to the game.Who’s Appearing In Another Eden x The King Of Fighters? So, the plot looks like this: Aldo from Another Eden gets a mysterious invitation. It’s like something straight out of a retro arcade saying “Win the tournament, and save the world.” And that’s how he’s transported into the world of The King of Fighters with his party. And who do they run into in this Another Eden x The King of Fighters collab? Some of the most legendary characters from the KOF series, like Terry Bogard, Kyo Kusanagi, Mai Shiranui and Kula Diamond. There’s a whole branching storyline where you get to fight alongside (or against) these icons. And once you’ve proven your worth, you can then unlock these characters to use throughout Another Eden. Yes, not just during the collab! To dive into this Symphony, just clear Chapter 3 of the main story to unlock the prologue. By the time you hit Chapter 13, the entire event is yours to explore. The crossover drops on August 22nd. Meanwhile, catch a glimpse of it right here!

What Are The Other New Things?Another Bout also introduces new KOF-style combat mechanics. Instead of the usual skill-based battles, you get to pick a team of three characters and throw down in 1v1 matchups. Also, instead of just hitting skills, you get command inputs to chain together for Special Moves.
One of the coolest parts of this crossover is how Wright Flyer Studios nailed the look and feel of the KOF characters. They’ve been painstakingly recreated in Another Eden-style, but still retain their original fluid, intense vibe.
If you start The King of Fighters: Another Bout between now and September 30th, you’ll bag 1000 Chronos Stones. So, get your hands on Another Eden from the Google Play Store.
