The Flexispot C7 offers an array of features typically found in more expensive chairs. These include an automatically adjusting lumbar system, adjustable seat depth, adjustable armrests, adjustable seat tilt, adjustable headrest, and 128 degrees of recline, among others.

Flexispot C7 Review (without footrest) by Bill Loguidice

The FlexiSpot C7 is a solid chair. At this price point, however, I would have preferred a more premium-feeling leather or leather-like material instead of fabric, as well as more attention to aspects like cushioning. The inability to lock the wrist rests in place can also be an occasional annoyance. If you can overlook these quirks and value adjustability in a chair, the C7 is a good choice. Its understated styling blends seamlessly into even the most conservative office environments. For those seeking a flashier or more luxurious option, you might want to look elsewhere.

Flexispot E5 Desk starting at $199.99

Flexispot E5 Electric Standing Desk

$379.99 save 47% $199.99 at Flexispot
For Base Only, Tops Starting at $80

In my opinion, the Flexispot E5 desk offers the best value among electric standing desks while still delivering all the premium features you'd want. Currently priced at $199.99 (normally $379.99) for the base only, with desktop surfaces starting at $80, it's a steal. The E5 is the most affordable model featuring dual motors, which are preferred over single motors because they can handle more weight (up to 287 pounds in this case) and are more durable due to the even distribution of stress across both motors. The desk's double crossbeam structure ensures even support to prevent any sagging, while the steel legs feature a 3-stage column, which is superior to the 2-stage columns found in most desks in this price range. This 3-stage column supports a greater vertical range (from 23.6" to 49.2"). An essential anti-collision feature stops the desk if it detects an obstruction. The keypad controls offer three memory presets and a timer to remind you when to switch between sitting and standing. The E5 comes with a 10-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical parts, including the motor.

Flexispot E7 Desk starting at $299.99

Flexispot E7 Electric Standing Desk

$499.99 save 40% $299.99 at Flexispot
For Base Only, Tops Starting at $80

The E7 is currently available for $299.99 (normally $499.99) for the base only, with desktop surfaces starting at $80. For an additional $140, the Flexispot E7 provides enhanced build quality, a higher weight capacity (355 pounds), more included accessories, and an extended warranty. Aesthetically, the legs feature laser-welded seams and a powder-coated finish with no visible holes. The advanced keypad now includes an LCD display, more memory presets, a built-in USB charger, and a child-lock function, which is essential for those with curious toddlers. The E7 also comes with a built-in cable tray under the desk for tidy wire management. Finally, the Flexispot E7 offers a 15-year warranty on all metal, mechanical, and electrical parts, including the motor.

Flexispot E7 Pro Desk starting at $419.99

Flexispot E7 Pro Electric Standing Desk

$599.99 save 30% $419.99 at Flexispot
For Base Only, Tops Starting at $80

The E7 Pro is Flexispot's flagship standing desk. Recently released, it isn't as heavily discounted as other models but still offers great value at $419.99 (normally $599.99) for the base only, with desktop surfaces starting at $80. The E7 Pro boasts the highest build quality of the three listed here, with a weight capacity of 440 pounds. Flexispot claims the motor is superior to the standard dual motor setups found in the E5, E7, and other brands, offering smoother and faster movement. It also includes more cable management options than the E7. The Flexispot E7 Pro comes with the same 15-year warranty as the E7 on all metal, mechanical, and electrical parts, including the motor. This is arguably the best standing desk deal you'll find right now.

Flexispot E7 Pro Review by Billy Givens

"A simple but effective keypad, quiet dual motors, near-perfect cable management, and excellent stability make the FlexiSpot E7 Pro a top-tier standing desk for work or gaming. Whether it's your first desk purchase or a replacement for an older model, it's hard to find many better options in this price range."

Consider getting a desk frame here and the desktop surface elsewhere

I have three standing desks. One came with a desktop, but for the other two, I sourced my own. For one, I bought a massive 74"x26" maple veneered countertop from Ikea for $199. For the other, I purchased a 48"x25" solid wood countertop from Home Depot and finished it myself. Personally, I believe you can't go wrong with either choice, and there are many more options available. The point is, these standing desk bases don't require the manufacturer's desktops. If you want to install your own desktop, go for it, as long as it's within the weight limitations.

How does Flexispot compare to other brands?

From personal experience, I own a Jarvis Fully, a Vari Ergo, and a Flexispot E5. All three are excellent desks that have performed flawlessly for over three years. The Flexispot E5, however, is significantly less expensive than the other two options, and I struggle to see where the extra cost goes. For a similar price to a barebones Jarvis Fully, you could get the top-end Flexispot E7 Pro and still have money left over.
