Pokémon GO March 2025 Community Day: All About Fuecoco

Get ready, trainers! Pokémon GO's March 2025 Community Day is set to feature Fuecoco, the adorable Fire Croc Pokémon. This exciting event promises a host of activities, including increased chances to encounter Shiny Fuecoco and exclusive rewards. Fuecoco Takes Center Stage in March’s First Community Day

Mark your calendars for March 8, 2025, between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm (local time), as Fuecoco will be making frequent appearances on the map. This is your chance to catch this fiery Pokémon with an increased Shiny rate during the event.

Evolving Fuecoco into Crocalor and then into Skeledirge during or within a week after the event allows it to learn the powerful Charged Attack, Blast Burn. Skeledirge can also learn the Charged Attack Torch Song, which has no time restrictions for learning.

Don't miss out on the Special Background Timed Research, which offers an encounter with Fuecoco featuring a Seasonal Special Background. Completing these tasks not only boosts your chances of encountering a Shiny Fuecoco but can be completed until March 15, 2025, at 10:00 pm (local time).

For a small fee of $2.00, trainers can access the exclusive Community Day Special Research, which includes three encounters with Fuecoco, each with a Seasonal Special Background. This ticket can also be purchased and gifted to a friend at the Great Friends level or above.

Pokémon GO has announced the dates for Community Day events from March to May 2025, all scheduled on weekends. Here's what to look forward to:

Community Day Classic events bring back popular Pokémon from past events, such as Ralts, which was featured in August 2019 and January 2025. New Pokémon will be featured on other dates, though details on these have yet to be revealed.

Beloved Buddies Event: Choose Your Path

Launched on February 11, 2025, the Beloved Buddies event introduces the ghostly seaweed Pokémon, Dhelmise, along with Timed Research that lets you choose between two paths. One path involves strengthening your bond with your Buddy Pokémon and Candela, the leader of Team Valor, while the other focuses on catching Pokémon and battling Arlo, a Team GO Rocket leader.

Both paths begin with tasks that reward you with Ultra Balls and encounters with Remoraid and Mantine. After choosing your path, you'll unlock different rewards:
