Rust Mobile Port Announced With First Gameplay Trailer

Level Infinite has released Rust Mobile, the highly anticipated mobile version of Facepunch Studios' intense survival game. A public demo will be available at gamescom 2025 in Cologne from August 20th to 24th.

Get Your First Look at Rust Mobile, the Survival Adventure

Alongside the announcement, Level Infinite shared a new cinematic trailer showcasing the game's fast-paced PvP combat and explosive base raids. Watch the trailer below for a closer look.

Your journey begins as you wake up on a remote island with nothing but a rock and a torch. Amidst hunger and thirst, you'll face wild creatures and rival players in a world where adaptation is key to survival.

Pre-Registrations Are Now Live

You can now pre-register for the game on its official website. While an exact release date hasn't been announced, it's expected to launch later this year.

Rust Mobile is played in real-time from a first-person perspective. It features a dynamic day-night cycle, shifting weather across distinct biomes, and a fully explorable sandbox environment.

Discover abandoned monuments, encounter new factions, navigate hostile wildlife, and explore advanced underwater areas filled with loot. Choose to survive alone, build alliances, or become a predator by raiding bases, betraying companions, or forging peace.

As a survival title, Rust Mobile includes crafting, scavenging, and raiding mechanics. Base building is a core component, allowing you to research technology, manage electricity, cultivate food, and control transportation systems.

You can even play musical instruments and perform for others—if they don't attack first. We hope the game launches soon so players can embrace its core philosophy: "The only rule is the one you create for yourself."
