Author : Madison May 22,2025

As Pokémon Go gears up for the thrilling finale of the Might and Mastery season, the Community Day Classic is set to spotlight the formidable Machop. Mark your calendars for May 24th, from 2:00 to 5:00 pm local time, when the Superpower Pokémon will be out in full force, offering players a golden opportunity to strengthen their Fighting-type lineup with this classic favorite.

Whether you're looking to secure a powerful Machamp or aiming for that elusive Shiny Machop, this event is your chance to shine. During the event, Machop will appear more frequently in the wild, and with a bit of luck, you might encounter a Shiny one.

Evolving a Machoke into Machamp during the event or up to May 31st at 10:00 pm local time will grant you a Machamp with the Charged Attack Payback, a potent Dark-type move that delivers 110 power in Trainer Battles and 95 power in raids and Gyms.

For those eager to dive deeper into the event, the exclusive Community Day Special Research story will be available for $1.99. This ticket includes a Premium Battle Pass, Rare Candy XL, bonus Machop encounters, and three Machop with a Seasonal Special Background.

ytDon't miss out on the Timed Research, which offers additional incentives to log in. Completing tasks post-event will reward you with a Machop encounter featuring a Might and Mastery-themed Special Background and increased Shiny odds. Remember, these tasks expire on May 31st. Make sure to redeem these Pokémon Go codes to enjoy a variety of free rewards!

Event bonuses include 3x Catch Stardust, three-hour Lure Modules and Incense, and surprise photo encounters. Additionally, Field Research and PokéStop Showcases will provide further opportunities to earn Stardust, Great Balls, and Machop encounters with special backgrounds.

To enhance your experience, the Pokémon Go Web Store will feature an Ultra Community Day Box starting May 14th for $1.99, containing two Rare Candies and a Special Research ticket.

This event coincides with the Go Battle Week, adding an extra layer of excitement for competitive players.
