Schedule I Update 0.3.4 Adds Pawn Shop, 'Fancy Stuff,' and More

Author : Ava Apr 13,2025

Tyler, the developer behind the viral hit Schedule I, has rolled out the much-anticipated 0.3.4 update following a brief testing period. The update, detailed in the Steam patch notes, introduces a slew of new content to the drug dealer simulator that launched to phenomenal success on Steam in early access on March 24.

In his Steam post, Tyler expressed regret for the delay in the update's release, stating, "I'm still ironing out the update/testing process." He reassured players that future updates would be smoother and more timely, with larger monthly updates starting next month.

Looking ahead, Tyler outlined his priorities, which include resolving remaining bugs such as ensuring consistent employee performance, preventing save game corruption, and minimizing disconnections and loading issues in multiplayer. He also mentioned plans to enhance optimization and achieve Steam Deck verification, setting this as his performance benchmark.

For those looking to dive deeper into the game, check out IGN's Schedule I guide. It covers everything from mixing recipes and creating new blends to maximize profits, accessing console commands, and the fastest way to join multiplayer co-op to conquer Hyland Point with friends.

Schedule I soared to the top of Steam's sales charts upon its launch, outpacing major titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, GTA 5, and Marvel Rivals. The game's viral spread across social media, Twitch, and YouTube propelled it to fame. In Schedule I, players start as small-time dealers and work their way up to becoming kingpins, managing the production and distribution of various drugs in the gritty city of Hyland Point. Players can expand their empire by acquiring properties, businesses, and hiring employees.

Developed and published by TVGS, the Australian indie developer Tyler, he described the game's explosive launch as "amazing but pretty overwhelming." In a Reddit post, Tyler shared his surprise at the game's reception, saying, "I never expected this kind of response! At the moment I’m just trying to stay focused and get patches out ASAP. Also looking forward to getting started on content updates as soon as all major bugs are patched."
