T-Mobile Unveils Enhanced Experience Plans with More Perks, 5-Year Price Lock at Reduced Rates

Author : Oliver May 26,2025

In April, T-Mobile unveiled two new mobile family plans to succeed the Go5G and Go5G Plus, offering unlimited talk, text, and premium data. Dubbed "Experience Beyond" and "Experience More," these plans retain the advantages of Go5G while introducing additional perks such as a 5-year fixed price guarantee, increased mobile hotspot data limits, and T-Satellite with Starlink (exclusive to "Experience Beyond"), all at a more affordable monthly rate.

T-Mobile's New Experience Family Plans

T-Mobile's Experience plans come in two tiers. The "Experience More" plan costs $140 per month for 3 lines with AutoPay (or $185 without), plus taxes and fees. The "Experience Beyond" plan is priced at $180 per month for 3 lines with AutoPay (or $230 without). Here's a detailed look at what each plan offers:

The "Experience More" plan is ideal for most users, offering unlimited talk, text, and premium 5G and 4G LTE data for $45 per month per line (with AutoPay), along with a 5-year price guarantee, and subscriptions to Netflix and Apple TV+. The 2-year upgrade path suits those who don't need annual phone upgrades.

For tech enthusiasts, frequent travelers, or those needing additional device connectivity, the "Experience Beyond" plan at $60 per month per line (with AutoPay) provides enhanced features like yearly upgrades, higher international data caps, and Starlink access.

Did you know? T-Mobile offers incentives for switching carriers

As part of its Family Freedom initiative, T-Mobile will cover up to $800 per line to help pay off your AT&T and Verizon phones (even if they're locked) and provide a new smartphone when trading in that device. Families can also enjoy deals such as four flagship smartphones on Us and four new voice lines for just $100/month on Essentials.

Families can save 20% at T-Mobile compared to AT&T and Verizon.

These plans with no yearly contract - What does that mean?

Not to be confused with your phone's financing plan

T-Mobile's "Experience" plans are postpaid and do not require a yearly contract, allowing you to cancel your service at any time. However, if you finance a phone through T-Mobile, you must continue making payments for the duration of the financing term, typically 24 months. Early payoff of the phone might mean forfeiting remaining bill credits. Always read the fine print before entering into any contractual agreement.
