The *Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket* is set to expand its universe with the introduction of the Extradimensional Crisis booster pack, bringing the enigmatic Ultra Beasts into the fold. This update, launching on May 29th, will immerse players deeper into the mysterious side of the Pokémon world, featuring Ultra Beasts like Buzzwole ex, Blacephalon, Nihilego, and Guzzlord ex, all of which originally emerged during the Pokémon Sun and Moon era via Ultra Wormholes. These creatures bring a unique, alien energy to the game, enhancing the experience with their otherworldly presence.
Alongside the new pack, an Ultra Beast-themed binder cover will be available from the Shop starting May 29th, obtainable with shop tickets. Additionally, a new floral display board will be introduced, which can be acquired with event shop tickets earned through the upcoming Wonder Pick event.
The Extradimensional Crisis update will also introduce more Pokémon from the Alola region to *Pokémon TCG Pocket*, including the debut of Type: Null. Below is a glimpse of the pack:
*Pokémon TCG Pocket* has scheduled a series of events through June to celebrate the new pack. The Ultra Beast Drop Event, from June 4th to June 14th, focuses on solo battles, offering players the chance to earn promo cards, including a new Ultra Necrozma ex. Following this, the Wonder Pick Event, running from June 12th to June 22nd, allows players to earn cards like Poipole and Stufful by completing missions, as well as collect tickets for the floral display board. Lastly, the Ultra Beast Mass Outbreak Event, from June 23rd to June 29th, will increase the frequency of Ultra Beast-related cards in rare and bonus picks.
