As we transition into the Spring season, Pokémon Go enthusiasts are in for a frosty surprise with the upcoming Community Day event on April 27th. From 2:00 to 5:00 pm local time, Vanillite, the Fresh Snow Pokémon, will be appearing more frequently in the wild. Keep your eyes peeled, as you may even have the chance to encounter its Shiny variant!

The fun doesn't end with just catching Vanillite. Evolve it into Vanilluxe during the event or up to May 4th, and it will learn the powerful Charged Attack, Avalanche. This move boasts 90 power in Trainer Battles and 85 power in Gyms and Raids, significantly enhancing your battle strategy.

For those looking to immerse themselves even further into the event, a Community Day Special Research ticket is available for $2. By completing the tasks, you'll enjoy encounters with Vanillite set against a special Might and Mastery-themed background, along with additional Vanillite encounters, a Premium Battle Pass, Rare Candy XL, and more.
