Ultimate Texas Hold'em (UTH) is a thrilling casino poker game that pits you directly against the dealer, similar to the classic game of Blackjack. Whether you're looking to hone your skills or enjoy some quick-play action, UTH offers a straightforward, low-frills experience that's perfect for strategy practice. With offline play, you can dive into the game anytime, anywhere. Plus, the option to repeat bets, including the exciting Trips bet, keeps the gameplay dynamic. Running low on chips? No problem! Simply spin The Wheel* to earn bonus chips, though you'll need an internet connection for this feature.
UTH uses a standard 52-card deck, and the game begins with the player placing equal bets on Ante and Blind. For those looking to spice things up, an optional Trips bet is available, which pays out for achieving specific hands. After betting, both the player and the dealer receive two cards, but only the player can peek at theirs.
The player then decides whether to check or make a Play bet, which can be three or four times the Ante. The dealer then reveals three community cards. If the player initially checked, they can now place a Play bet double the Ante or check again. If a Play bet was already made, no further action is required.
Following this, the dealer turns over the final two community cards. If the player checked twice earlier, they must now either place a Play bet equal to the Ante or fold, forfeiting their Ante and Blind bets.
The goal, as in traditional Texas Hold'em, is to create the best possible five-card hand using a combination of hole cards and community cards. The dealer needs at least a pair to qualify. If the dealer qualifies and the player wins, the Blind, Ante, and Play bets are paid out according to the game's payout structure. Should the dealer fail to qualify, the player's Ante bet is returned. If the dealer wins, the player loses all bets except for any successful Trips bets. In the event of a tie, all bets are returned to the player.
