The UNO Star program digitally connects Retailers, Mechanics, and Consumers of UNO Minda under one unified platform, enhancing interaction and engagement across the ecosystem.
Customers can register via the app or with assistance from UNO Minda representatives. Enrollment is subject to approval by the UNO Minda team in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions. Only after approval is the customer enrollment process considered complete.
Once enrolled, customers—including Mechanics, Retailers, and End Consumers—can use the app to access tailored benefits based on their respective categories.
Retailers:
Retailers can submit Retailer Loyalty Coupons, view the E-Catalogue, register Mechanics, redeem Mechanic Points on behalf of their mechanics, and place orders using the UNO Star App.
Mechanics:
Mechanics enjoy dedicated loyalty benefits through the program. They can redeem coupon points by purchasing selected UNO Minda products featuring the UNO Star coupon. Additionally, they can access the E-Catalogue for product information.
Consumers:
Consumers can explore the E-Catalogue via the app, learn about UNO Minda products, and search for spare parts specific to their vehicle type and OEM category.
