Pokémon TCG: Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Boxes Restocked on Amazon Today

Author : Penelope May 25,2025

Amazon has restocked the Pokémon TCG: Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Boxes today at $59.99. But is it worth it? The TCG community is divided between those who stick to the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $22.99 and those willing to pay the current "Market Price" of $59.99. Sold and shipped directly by Amazon, these boxes are considered to be at market price, though significantly above MSRP. The debate over the value is certainly intriguing.

Pokémon TCG: Prismatic Evolutions Surprise Box

Each box includes one of nine randomly selected foil promo cards, each featuring a special logo. While the box itself is attractive and includes stamped versions of the popular Eeveelution ex cards—Eevee ex, Vaporeon ex, Jolteon ex, Flareon ex, Espeon ex, Umbreon ex, Leafeon ex, Glaceon ex, or Sylveon ex—it's worth noting that you only receive one card per box. The odds of collecting all nine can be daunting, especially at Amazon's pricing.

Is it a nice gift? Absolutely. But is it practical to buy multiple boxes hoping to pull your favorite Eeveelution? At $59.99, it might not be the best choice.

Despite the price, these boxes have been popular among IGN's Daily Deals readers. However, it's important to make informed decisions when purchasing; consider yourself warned.

Alternatively, you can purchase the individual cards you're interested in from trusted retailers like TCGPlayer. Let's take a look at some of the top Prismatic Evolutions cards available for purchase today.

For the cost of two to three Surprise Boxes, you could potentially complete the entire collection. If you enjoy the thrill of opening packs and hoping to pull these promos, go for it, but be aware of the cost.

All other chase cards from Prismatic Evolutions have fallen below the $500 mark, with Roaring Moon ex SIR at $221. These prices may continue to drop as the year progresses and attention shifts, offering good value compared to the recent inflated market.
