Schedule I Developer Commits to Ongoing Refinements
Redesigned Counteroffer Interface

The Schedule I developer remains dedicated to polishing the game as its player base grows. In a tweet shared on April 9, solo developer Tyler previewed several enhancements to the product selection UI used for counteroffers.
Tyler confirmed these changes will arrive in the next update, though a specific release date has not been announced. In the game, making a counteroffer is a primary method for earning income. Clients propose to buy your products at a set price, and players can then negotiate by adjusting their asking price until a mutual agreement is reached.
While the mechanic itself is simple, players have expressed frustration with the current interface, particularly when managing a large inventory. Responding to this feedback, Tyler has committed to implementing a "search bar" feature to make navigating the counteroffer UI significantly easier.

This UI improvement marks just the beginning. According to the official development roadmap on Trello, future updates for Schedule I may introduce features like emotes, rarer trash loot, duplicate save files, new drug types, and more.
Here at Game8, we find Schedule I delivers a compelling and addictive experience, akin to a "Breaking Bad" simulator. For a deeper dive into our impressions of the early access version, check out our full review linked below.
