Eighth Era Unveils New PvP Mode in Update

Author : Peyton Apr 19,2025

Nice Gang, the developer behind the squad-based RPG Eighth Era, has just added an exciting new feature to the game: a PvP Arena mode. Once you reach level 9, you can dive into this new mode and challenge other players in asynchronous combat. Build your dream team from a roster of 50 heroes and test your strategy against the best. This update not only brings thrilling competition but also introduces end-of-season rewards, faction bonuses, and the eagerly awaited announcement of Season 2, set to launch in late April.

What sets Eighth Era apart is its unique approach to in-game tournaments, which come with the chance to win real-world rewards. Forget digital assets like NFTs; Eighth Era is offering actual physical trophies. The latest update has brought an intriguing twist with the introduction of the Era Vault event. In partnership with the US Mint, players have the opportunity to win a Silver Eagle bullion coin, similar to those seen in Bioshock Infinite, either at a discounted price or completely free.

This collaboration with the US Mint is a bold move that's sure to catch the attention of players and collectors alike. The allure of tangible rewards adds an extra layer of excitement to the competitive landscape of Eighth Era, making every match feel like a step closer to a real prize.
