The Mario company's latest hardware release, the Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo, was previously exclusive to the Nintendo Store and available only for Nintendo Switch Online members. Now, this unique piece of tech is accessible to everyone and can be purchased at Best Buy for just $99.99.

Where to Buy Alarmo

Priced at $99.99 at Best Buy, the Alarmo is an interactive Nintendo-themed alarm clock that's a delight for fans. With its cartoony design reminiscent of the Mushroom Kingdom, it features a full-color display that showcases the date, day, and time in a font and style inspired by your choice of five or more games.

The Alarmo comes pre-loaded with themes from the following games:

  • Super Mario Odyssey
  • The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
  • Splatoon 3
  • Pikmin 4
  • Ring Fit Adventure

By connecting your Nintendo account to your Alarmo, you can also download additional game themes for free, including the popular Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Setting up Alarmo is easy: choose your favorite game for the display, select a scene, and set the time and alarm. When the alarm goes off, you'll be greeted with music and sounds from the selected game and scene.

You can use Alarmo as a traditional alarm clock by simply pressing the button to turn it off. Alternatively, engage with its interactive features, where sounds play and characters on the screen react as you move around in bed. In this mode, getting out of bed automatically turns off the alarm.

Beyond setting alarms, you can set Alarmo to play music from your chosen game every hour. For those who enjoy sleep sounds, it can also play calming music to help you drift off to sleep.
