Every Party Member Joins in Metaphor: ReFantazio - Timeline Revealed

In the captivating world of *Metaphor: ReFantazio*, the protagonist embarks on an epic journey, joined by a dynamic group of seven additional party members, each bringing their unique skills and archetypes to the fray. While Gallica is present from the very beginning, her combat capabilities are somewhat limited compared to the rest of the crew.

Each party member joins the protagonist on specific days triggered by story-related events. Be warned, knowing when each character joins might give away some plot twists, so proceed with caution if you wish to avoid spoilers.

Each Party Member & What Day They Join In Metaphor: ReFantazio

Each party member will awaken to their unique Archetype, which can then be shared with other members. Early in the game, some join without immediate control, but this changes with later recruits who awaken to their Archetype just before joining you in combat for the first time.

Storhl - Warrior

Storhl is the first to join the protagonist on 6/5 during the Border Fort events. However, he won't awaken to his Warrior Archetype until the next day at the Nord Mines on 6/6. Until then, he remains an AI-controlled ally.

Grius

Following the Border Fort events, Grius joins on 6/6, but doesn't engage in battle until after Storhl awakens. Once awakened, you can assign an Archetype to Grius, turning him into a regular party member, though without a personal awakening like others.

Hulkenberg - Knight

Hulkenberg begins interacting with the party on 6/10, but she won't awaken to her Knight Archetype and officially join until the boss fight on 6/11.

Heismay - Thief

During your time in Martira, Heismay becomes the focus of your free time, albeit within a mostly on-rails section. His awakening occurs on 7/4 in the town's main dungeon, after which he joins the party.

Junah - Masked Dancer

Junah, a familiar face throughout the game, joins the party upon her awakening on 8/13.

Eupha - Summoner

Eupha offers more flexibility in joining. During your free time on Viraga Island between 8/19-9/4, completing the Dragon Temple Dungeon allows Eupha to join for the final boss. Her Bond can only be initiated after the deadline passes.

Basilio - Berserker

Basilio awakens and joins during the Saint's Day events on 9/11. However, you won't be able to utilize him in combat until the following day, should you choose to do so.
