Author : Aaron Apr 16,2025

Get ready to rumble, as Raid Day takes the stage on April 13th in Pokémon Go. From 2:00 to 5:00 pm local time, you'll have three adrenaline-pumping hours to showcase your battling prowess, hunt for Shiny Pokémon, and engage in fierce battles with some of the toughest fighters around. This event is your chance to shine in the world of Pokémon Go.

Leading the charge during Sparring Partners Raid Day is none other than Mega Heracross, making its grand entrance in Mega Raids. But don't overlook the formidable Hariyama and Scraggy, who will also be making appearances in regular raids with increased chances of encountering their Shiny forms. It's a Fighting-type extravaganza, so come prepared with your strongest counters to take on these powerhouses.

Beyond the raids, this event introduces a new Charged Attack called Upper Hand. This move packs a punch with 70 power in Trainer Battles and can even reduce your opponent's Defense. In raids and gyms, it delivers a solid 50-power hit. Adding Upper Hand to your arsenal could be the key to dominating your next battle.
