Head over to the Adventurer's Guild in the Royal Capital Luknalia and accept the "Retrieval of Abducted People" request to begin your journey into the Sahuagin's Cave. This is where you'll encounter the new characters, Otherworld Adventurer [Iarumas] and Otherworld Adventurer [Berkanan], available through Unique Remains: Otherworld Adventurer (with bonus) and Unique Remains: Otherworld Adventurer, respectively.
