Application Description

Welcome to a futuristic world where robots are the norm and the battle for battery life is intense. In "No Robots, No Life" (ノーロボット ノーライフ), you immerse yourself in a unique gameplay experience where the survival of your robotic avatar depends on strategic limb and body part swaps.

For those with slower devices, enhance your gameplay by adjusting the settings: set "Shadows" to 0 and "Draw Dist" to 02. Keep in mind, this is a Pre-Alpha version, and gameplay features may evolve with future updates.

Gameplay Features:

  • Interchangeable Limbs and Bodies: As a robot, you can seamlessly swap limbs and bodies with nearly all other robots in the game, facilitated by real-time animations without the need for menus.
  • Unique Limb Abilities: Each limb comes with its own set of unique features and functions. By mixing and matching different limbs, you can gain special abilities such as x-ray vision, plasma shields, stealth camouflage, night vision, and hyperspeed, among others.
  • Dynamic AI: Enemy and neutral AI bots operate under the same rules as you, possessing abilities that correspond to their equipped limbs.
  • Transportation Options: Navigate the world using a variety of vehicles including motorcycles, cars, trucks, and even large robots, with more to be added in future updates.
  • Real-Time Inventory System: Carry all your weapons and ammo to any vehicle that has a mount or storage, all managed through a real-time animated system without menus.
  • Comprehensive Save System: Everything you interact with in the game world, from dropped bodies and limbs to weapons, storage, and vehicles, is saved.
  • Instant Full Body Swap: Utilize "TerePods" (Repair and Transport Pods) for instant full body swaps. These pods can be carried and mounted on trucks, but they have a limited range. Future updates will introduce feature swap and fast travel pods.

Version 1.23a Pre-Alpha introduces "FUN features" that require a physical keyboard. These are considered "Debug" features and may not be included in the final game:

Console Commands:

Press F12 on your keyboard to access the console and input the following commands:

  • show debugbodies: Reveals testable bodies at the Smell station in the starting area. You can experiment with their abilities, but these bodies won't load at the start of the game or with TerePods.
  • teleport (AreaCode): Instantly transport to different areas of the game using the following codes:
    • 0 - Starter Area
    • 1 - Smelter Base Area
    • 2 - Polybius Area
    • 3 - Big Digger 2 Area
    • 4 - Abandoned Base Area
    • 5 - Center Area
    • 6 - Vehicle Repair Area
  • teleport up-(Height): Teleport upward to test drop damage and falling animations, or to reach higher platforms.
  • teleport lastsave: Return to your most recent save point.
  • detach (BodyPart): Remove specific body parts including head, armL, armR, legL, legR, arms, legs, or all.
  • disable immunities: Turn off all robot immunities to experience the full impact of gameplay mechanics.
  • reboot: Perform a simple reboot of your robot.

Immerse yourself in the world of "No Robots, No Life" and embrace the strategic challenges and thrilling adventures that await. Keep an eye out for updates as the game continues to evolve in its Pre-Alpha stage.
