What is the anime "Haikyu!!"?

"Haikyu!!" is an animated series based on a youth sports manga by Haruichi Furudate, which has been serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" (Shueisha) since 2012. Set in the world of high school volleyball, it follows the journey of Karasuno High School, once known as the "Fallen powerhouse, flightless crow," as they strive to reach the "top."

The story revolves around Shoyo Hinata, a passionate volleyball enthusiast, and a cast of unique characters, weaving a hot-blooded tale of youth and volleyball. In August 2022, it was announced that a two-part theatrical version, serving as a sequel to the anime, would be produced.
