Aurora Reunites with Children of the Light for Homecoming Concert

Get ready, fans of Sky: Children of the Light! The enchanting Norwegian singer Aurora is set to return in an exciting new event called AURORA: Homecoming. If you’ve been part of the Sky community, you're no stranger to Aurora's presence. She's previously served as a seasonal guide and dazzled us with a record-breaking in-game concert last year.

When Is the AURORA: Homecoming Event in Sky: Children of the Light?

Mark your calendars for June 9th to June 22nd! This global celebration will unite players from around the world, and for the first time, PC players on Steam can join the fun. The event features a spectacular concert set in the iconic Coliseum in the clouds, where you'll hear Aurora's beloved hits like "Runaway" and "Cure for Me." Her soothing voice will guide you through this emotional journey, making it a truly immersive experience.

The timing of the event is especially poignant as it coincides with Aurora's return to her home in Norway after a global tour. On June 15th, the community will celebrate her birthday, turning the event into a heartfelt homecoming and fan gathering.

Remember the First Time?

The first Aurora concert in Sky: Children of the Light took place in 2023 and drew over 10,000 players simultaneously, earning it a spot in the Guinness World Records for the most users in a concert-themed virtual world. The magic of that event is set to return next month, bringing with it some cherished cosmetics from past events. Players can look forward to the iconic AURORA wings, which allow you to relive the concert and share the experience with friends. The 'Cure for Me' dance emote will also be available.

While you wait for the concert to start, keep an eye on what else is happening in Sky: Children of the Light by downloading it from the Google Play Store.
