New Characters Tribbie and Mydei Coming to Honkai Star Rail This Month

Author : Natalie May 07,2025

Honkai Star Rail enthusiasts, mark your calendars for February 26th because that's when the much-anticipated 3.1 update, dubbed "Light Slips the Gate, Shadow Greets the Throne," will be released. This update continues the Flame-Chase Journey and introduces two exciting new characters: Tribbie and Mydei.

Let's dive into Tribbie's abilities first. As a five-star Quantum character, Tribbie can create a special zone around enemies, increasing the damage they receive. Moreover, when an enemy is attacked, Tribbie delivers additional damage to the foe with the highest HP at that moment. Her frequent follow-up attacks promise to expedite your battles significantly.

Next, we have Mydei, a five-star Imaginary character known for her substantial HP pool. She can consume some of her HP to enter an enhanced state, automatically striking enemies each turn for bonus damage. This ability adds a strategic layer to her gameplay, making her a valuable addition to your team.
